We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, U.S.-based Healthcare Virtual Assistance Firm that provides staffing solutions to clinics, private practices, and aesthetic medicine providers. They’re seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel their outbound sales team with highly enriched, high-intent prospects.
🔍 The Role:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the firm’s growth strategy. Your mission is to identify, research, and enrich contact lists of potential healthcare clients—including clinic owners, aesthetic doctors, practice managers, and administrators—who would benefit from offshore virtual assistance services.
You’ll work closely with the sales leadership team to ensure that all leads meet quality standards and align with the company’s target persona profile.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Research and compile lists of qualified leads across target healthcare verticals (aesthetic clinics, dental offices, private practices, etc.)
• Enrich leads with accurate contact information: names, roles, emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, clinic size, and service offerings
• Identify decision-makers and gatekeepers within organizations
• Validate and segment leads based on buyer persona criteria (e.g. location, size, specialty, current staffing needs)
• Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
• Collaborate with outbound sales team to align leads with current outreach campaigns
• Track metrics related to lead volume, quality, and conversion
• Stay updated on industry trends in U.S. healthcare and staffing to sharpen targeting strategy
✅ Qualifications:
• Proven experience in lead generation or sales prospecting (preferably B2B and healthcare)
• Experience using lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare industry and clinic decision-making structures is a strong advantage
• Excellent internet research skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality leads
• Experience working with remote teams and CRMs is a plus
