Be part of Aptum Virtual Solutions. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of our online marketing efforts. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Paid Search (PPC), SEO, Display, Affiliates, Paid Social, and Mobile. Your goal will be to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales while maintaining a strong return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Paid Search (PPC) campaigns: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine campaigns to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency.
Optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Improve organic search rankings by conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page content, and building high-quality backlinks.
Oversee Display Advertising: Manage programmatic display campaigns, banner ads, and retargeting efforts to engage potential customers across the web.
Run Affiliate Marketing Programs: Work with affiliate partners to grow brand presence and ensure the program is profitable by tracking performance and negotiating deals.
Paid Social Campaigns: Create and optimize ads on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversions.
Mobile Marketing: Manage app promotion, mobile ads, and SMS campaigns to reach users on mobile devices.
Analyze Data & Performance: Regularly review campaign performance, identify areas of improvement, and create reports that inform strategy adjustments.
Budget Management: Track spending across channels and ensure campaigns are meeting goals within the allocated budget.
Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, SEO, and performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
Experience with SEO tools (like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and the ability to implement technical and content-based SEO strategies.
Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for optimizing campaigns.
Familiarity with budget management and reporting tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with programmatic advertising.
Understanding of mobile marketing trends and tools.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
