As a Marketing Manager, you will:
Be responsible for the Designs, Builds, and Maintains our Social Media Presence. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Facilitate successful on-boarding of new partners and establish key metrics for success.
Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key internal and external resources in the escalation process, and assist with client issue resolution.
Create affiliate marketing testing roadmap, inclusive of creative, offers, commission tiers, and messaging.
Proactively communicate campaign performance, trend and strategy to internal teams and leadership
Who you are:
Excellent in communication, both oral and written
Demonstrating excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality, organization, and computer competences
You have at least 5 years of experience working in an account management, partner success, customer success, and/or client services capacity with a demonstrable track record of success.
You have experience developing highly productive relationships across marketing to drive online and offline conversions.
You are comfortable working in a process driven environment.
You have experience developing partner success strategies and tools across small and large enterprise accounts.
